Hello and welcome ot Techspot.

Would you please take a few moments to read this post. A message for all newcomers. (http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic17182.html) Thanks.

If you know what bios you are running(your mobo manual will tell you), you might want to take a look at this Beep code list. (http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic17013.html).

Also is your psu still set to run on the japanese voltage?

Japan has a mains voltage of 100v whereas the USA uses 120v.

If your psu doesent have a voltage regulator you can change, then maybe a new psu is in order.
