when i try to install drivers it cant find sound card

i get this error when trying to install the drivers for my sound card

i reformated my computer a few months ago but never installed the sound drivers and now when i try i get that error and i go to add hardware and everything is installed, i have a SB Audigy card. please help me

Is that an OEM or Retail card? If its OEM you cant use the drivers on Creatives site. If you have a driver disk that came with the card, move the card to another PCI slot.

i really have no clue its an alienware i got a while ago before i knew they were way overpriced and i dont have the CD :(
