Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal Help!!!!

i recently moved into a new house on a university campus. i brought my year old dell inspiron 600m with me which until the move in had never had a problem before. upon move in, however, i started getting a driver_irql_not_less_or_equal blue screen at the startup of windows. i could not get to the desktop and safe mode didn't even work. yet, if i take my computer about 20 feet away from the house, it works just fine. no blue screens appear as long as the comp isn't near the house. now, there's a wireless connection in the house that i thought was the root cause of the blue screening but all other wireless connections away from the house work just fine. any idea of the cause of the blue screen? :confused: :confused:
