Request help on BSOD Error

I am receiving a BSOD error as follows:
Error Code 100000d1 Parameter 1 00000060 Parameter 2 00000002 Parameter 3 00000000 Parameter 4 4ba71f6e2

The viewer says is is a category (102) error and an 1003 event.

Any ideas what I am facing ? It is intermittent, I have tried swapping a video card.

It is a "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal" error and also says it is a 256_1 error.

Tried swapping my RAM with another known good CPU, cleaning contacts, etc. Same problem. I am attaching the last 6 minidumps. Thanks for any help.

All your minidumps crash at nvatabus.sys. This is the Nvidia nforce ide drivers.

I believe this is a known issue.

Make sure you have the latest chipset drivers for your mobo.

You will be able to get these from your mobo manufacturers website.

If that doesn`t work, then do a google search for nvatabus.sys there is lots of info about this problem.
