My daughter purchased sims2 and then her pc crashed - she can not reload - she has been told to access this web site to get a key code - does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

But there should be no reason unless it was a burnt copy that the original key code won't work. I've reloaded many games, the original sims included with the same key code and there was never an issue. |
