Can I boot up my DELL labtop by CD-ROM with PCMCIA ATA/IDE Adapter? This labtop doesn't have a built-in floppy disk or CD-ROM. I'm trying to set up Windows XP and I don't have the original floppy or CD-ROM connection. Please Help!!!! Marki

Booting from exotic devices is a feature of BIOS. Read the friendly manual to see what options you have. Your laptop may also support booting from USB devices, including USB CD-ROMs and ATA enclosures.
