When my girlfriend invites me for Remote Assisstance , and when it connects , i it comes "Remote Assisstance disconnected. Please try again later"...my girlfriend uses Windows firewall, i use Norton Firewall....even when i disable it, it doesnt work, nor when she does..... she also triedputting the port no,. but stll no avail!! any help wud be appreciated
