i dont think its finding the graphics card so i cant change the color or the res and computer is going very slow help plz

You need to provide more details..the better you describe the problem the quicker and easier it will be resolved

justloosingit, you say you wiped your computer. Do you mean you reinstalled windows?

If so, you have to reload ALL your drivers for your computer to run properly. You need to go to your motherboard maker's website and download the chipset drivers, then to your video card maker's website and download the drivers for the video card.
