I am very new to computers and have a problem. My computer started
crashing and rebooting. The Microsoft Online Crash analysis Read "error
caused by device drive" I have run all of the window updates and set up
my computer not to reboot which ended up giving me a blue screen of death.
Error message read STOP 0x000000EA Tread_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER {Q293078}. I rebooted and tried IE and it crashed Again This time It read
STOP 0x0000008e{0xC000005,0x804EC1DD,0xED8F3AF4'0x0000000} I am at a
Loss as what to do Do I scrap the computer or try to find some one to fix it
or just keepworking on i Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go HERE (http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic35103.html) and follow the instructions.

If that doesn`t help. Zip 5 or 6 minidumps together and attach them here.
