HELP Computer error

Does anyone know what an error that says:

xxx

the drive or network connection that the shortcut 'GS tartup.link' refers to is unavailable. Make sure the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again?

I get this error after my computer boots up? How can I fix it or get rid of it?

You have a shortcut executing at startup, but it doesn't point to a correct location, or the file no longer exists.

Find the shortcut file and right click on it, selecting it's properties to find out what it's target is.

I'm thinking (assuming a possible typo in your post) that it might be Gator...
