Simple, it'd need the best possible system one can get.
A Geforce 7800 GTX, in (SLI setup if you wan't AA and AF), or a Radeon 1800XT (Crossfire if you're going for AA and AF).

And about four gigs of ram for all the texture stuff too?

nah you dont need 4 gig of ram...

i run everything maxed out with my X850 XT-PE and 1gig of ram...

1GB or 2GB will do, if coupled with a good processor :).

it all depends if u want the highest on dx7 or on dx 9. u dont need a 7800 gtx a 7800 gt would be the best. and u definately dont need 4gigs of ram id say 1gb

i play cod2 with a 5700 le and 512mb of ram. i run dx7 everything maxed. ome of the sp missions lag really bad but mp plays fine at 25 - 35 fps excet in the smoke. it all depends how good u want it to look

Good point. I wonder when game developers are actually going to use the extra RAM, for example loading data in the background to memory to reduce loading times. Even the latest games don't seem to use much more than 1 GB.

Unreal Tournament 2007 is supposed to do that.
