bus mulitplier settings, etc

I know a lot of you guys get frustrated with lots of people coming in and going "how to i overclock" well im just curious, ive looked in my bios and i cannot find anywhere where it says bus multiplier settings. Does this mean my processor is locked or something?

Howard, i cannot tell what motherboard i have, is there anyway to find out, its the one that was shipped with my PC from dell.

As far as I`m aware, you can`t oc a dell. The bios just doesn`t allow it.
