I got a new couple of new games. I had downloaded them and they asked for me to download directx 8 and 9. Well I had done all the promptings. Now when I go to play it comes up as a white screen and nothing else. The one games comes up as a white screen and then the there is a problem window and asks if you want to send it or not. Please help.
