been given King Kong for Christmas - using mouse / keboard is ok but when I connect a USB controller the screen spins around - all usb drivers and controllers work fine on other games - Logic 3 Starfighter and Logic 3 Intruder - any advice welcome

It could be game related. Check for the latest patch at the game homepage. Also disconnect all your joystick and gamespads and try it again. if nothing helps then it is time to look at updating your BIOS if there is a newer one.
