Half-Life2, Call of Duty, Far Cry?

F.E.A.R. I cannot believe how much I enjoyed playing this game

It it's a singleplayer FPS you're after then you can't go wrong with FAR CRY, Call of Duty2 or Fear.
I have been playing Counter Strike and CS Source for quite som time now and wanted something new and found in Battlefield 2. I recommend it warmly.

There was a thread about the best FPS game - try searching for it - all of the games mentioned above found their place in it.
It's a really good place to start...

I recommend HL2, Doom 3, Far Cry , COD 2 from the 'new' game selection.

However, if you want an online FPS - try BF2, haven't met anybody who wasn't hooked on it after trying :)

try swat 4 its very addicting and fun
