The owners of the KaZaA file-sharing network are suing the movie and recording industries, claiming that they don't understand the digital age and are monopolizing entertainment.

The guy who founded the Easy companies like "EasyJet", etc was just on the news saying the same thing.

Basically, someone is suing him right now, saying that people went into his internet cafe's and downloaded music, then burned that to CDs.

His contention is that the music industry is out of date. If people could download music and make their own CDs cheaply and legally then they would not have the incentive to pirate.

Again the RIAA/whatever clone in a suit was pretty unwavering.
