need tech help to bypass "personal folder" password

My daughter has put a "personal folder password" on her outlook 2003. is there a way to bypass the password and get into outlook?? please help.

In XP you can access personal folders if you're logged in with the administrator account.
If you're running "home edition" then you need to boot the OS in safe mode to see the admin account.
