Need help on updating my BIOS

1.Please use the prepared boot disk to boot into DOS mode. Then, type in the following commands:

afudos /i For example, afudos /ip4c800b.rom,


refers to the fullname of the BIOS file. The following shows the procedure of BIOS refreshing.

How do I find out the fullname of my BIOS file? I typed in the given one, but it said error: can't open rom file.

The file is on your floppy. Just look at the contents with the dir command or browse the thing in Windows or whatever.

A copy of you "original" BIOS file can be found in the root folder of your ASUS mainboard installation CD.
