I have a problem with Quicken 2004. I keep getting BSODs. It says in the error log that the file mrtrate could not be found. I have discovered this is a problem with quicken. The real issue is there is no way to turn off this service with Quicken 2004. This error usually is triggered when I try to access my zip drive.

I don't know what to do.
