Could anyone tall me if there is a way to recover work once it has been deleted out of the resical bin or if after closing a document you click ‘no’ to do you want to save changes.

If not is there a way to prevent this other than paying more attention?

This will do the job for the recycle bin- http://www.snapfiles.com/get/restoration.html but as for saving changes,you`ll just have to pay more attention.

thnaks. i know. everytime i dont save the changes it seemes to be more depressing thank the last and i think to myself i shal not do it agen but i still seem to manage to mess it up

Late breaking news :Try this free replacement for notepad- http://www.badevlad.com/bdvnotepad_en.htm It claims to have an "Auto save" function.I`ve never used it so I can`t tell you what it`s like.
