Help ! VBR audio to CBR audio - How to ?

SNGX1275 02-17-2003, 07:04 PM Use winamp 2.xx set the output plugin to wav writer, then use your favorite mp3 compression utility to make them cbr. CDex comes to mind for compressing to mp3.
