Hi, i like to make movies, like short films for fun, and i was wondering if anyone knows of any contests that are easy to enter and that i can send my films into. I live in nj, but i dont think it would have to be in the same state or anything.

Once or twice a month there are "videoedit" contests on www.fark.com and despite the name they aren't taking an existing video and editing it, it is making your own. Those are just for personal pride, no prize money or anything.
