Can Anyone tell me what my minidumps mean

Ok Hi,
I am really hoping you can help becuase i have v little idea what i am doing.
Basically my copmuter randomly reboots in windows. It can be anything from 10 min to 6 hours. I can find no corellations between the programs i open and the blue screens.
I put my system together myself a week ago. It is:

Asus A8N Premium M.o.b
Athlon 64 4000 CPU
GT 6600 Nvidia SLi graphics cards (just one running in single mode)
2GB of DDR Corsair RAM (a matched pair)
2 western digital HD
3 case fans

I know the CPU, RAM, and M.o.b are compatible because they were bought as a bundle. My CPU temp gets up to about 42 degress my motherboard 37degrees. I have upgraded my PSU to 550 which made no difference. I have run Memetest and my memory passed. Am still running Prime95 but so far no problems. So i am guessing there are no hardware problems.

Last option before i take a sledge hammer to the damn thing in pure frustration is to ask someone with more patience and more knowledge than me. I have uploaded the latest in a long line of minidumps. Hope you can tell me what they are.
Thank you
Helen

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

All your minidumps crash at NVTcp.sys. This is your Nvidia ethernet driver.

Uninstall the Nvidia firewall software NAM. It may solve your problem, and is known to cause problems.

Also check for updated drivers on your mobo manufacturers website.
