USB Flash Drive suddenly stops working

Hi, guys, I'm the newbie from the Philippines. I'm really worried about my USB Flash Drive. I've had it for 5 months now, and I use it on a lot of computers, whether they're Windows 2000/XP, and it always worked well.

Just 2 hours ago, I plugged it into one computer and it worked well. But a few minutes afterwards, when I plugged it into another computer, it wouldn't light up. I plugged it into other computers, including mine, afterwards, and none of the computers read it.

My roommate's USB Flash Drive, however, worked in the computers I plugged my flash drive in.

Does this indicate that I'd have to buy another USB Flash Drive? Is this the work of a virus or just plain stupidity in my part?

Please help me. :(

By the way, if its any help, my USB Flash Drive is 128 MB, Canon, Transcend, 2.0
