Windows Xp Crashing after Ati Driver Update

My system has started to crash all of a sudden and the only obvious thing I have done is update the ATI drivers! I have tried to install the previously stable drivers and also a system restore but I am still gettin the crashes.

I have attached some dumpfiles for info.

I have also attached a Hijack log just in case its something more sinister. I have check the memory, ran anti virus check, and spyware check!
