Here's an interesting article on cyber attacks. Who do think could do something like this? Wouldn't it have to be a foreign government to have this much sophistication?

cyber warfare is conducted by most advanced militaries all the time.

quite similiar to radio jamming.....

the US has radios that cannot be jammed easily using some extreme techniques like frequency hopping and time slicing technologies.

I am sure there are methods to get around server jamming.
