I need some assistant on a problem. I can’t ping to my router (Cisco 2500)

I can ping my workstation.

I can ping the server.

I can ping the switch.

I can ping another workstation.

I can ping 127.0.0.1

But I can’t ping the router. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Steve

Is the router configured with IP information matching the rest of your network (IP, netmask)? Or maybe it is configured to block ICMP traffic?

Thanks Nodsu for the reply. Yes it is configured with the correct IP information (IP, netmask). To may knowledge it's not configured to block ICMP traffic.
