Well is there a way i could get a copy of batlefield 2 because my brothe broke our cd a few days ago.

I'd hit EA Support. I don't see why they wouldn't replace your CD for a very reasonable fee. As this is a serialized/cd-key game and online-only, it'll likely only be a couple bucks tops (S&H) for a replacement CD.
