nero wont download

nero wont download fully i bought a memorex dvd-rw and it came with nero 6
it's a button that enables you to download all the softwear (install memorex softwear suite) it starts to download but when it get to show time it says error and stop the download. so i downloaded everything else seperliy exsepet nero vision express . nnow i dont have all the feat and can't create any dvds and when i go to showtime in my menu it says your demo has expierd can you please.
