pcanywhere host issue?

I have pcanywhere 10.5.1 Today I've been trying to launch my computer as a host so another person can use my computer from their place. When I click on my name to launch "host" all I get is the message "cannot start the requested service". I can hook up to his computer and use it, but the opposite won't work. Any suggestions? I've used it that way many times in the past with no problem.

Look in the Event Viewer for details.

Where do I find the event viewer? I can't seem to find it.
