Hi,
if ther is anyone out there that can help with this I would be realy gratefull.
I have just installed windows XP pro on to a toshiba SA30 part no PSA30E-1CVQC-EN. I have used the tosh download site for all the correct drivers but am unavle to get sound from the laptop. device manager says everything is fine sound icon appears in he system tray and sound controls in start menu.
In short eveything says there should be sound but there is none.
I have AC97 Sound drivers installed, and ahve been told to try yamaha drivers even though tosh dont list them, yamaha drivers just crash the laptop each time i try to install. any thoughts or ideas would be welcome.
