i just bought an HP photosmart camera and am trying to tranfer pictures to my computer. Ive followed all the directions and it wont reconize the dock, the camera model is R927xi digital camera with dock. It says I need a driver that supports this device, but i cant find anything. troubleshooting wont help and the website wont help. Can somebody help me?
