How to fix Error:OE:0028:FF03B779 ?

I just bought an Acer Asphire 5672WLMi laptop
and tried installing ME after formatting
the hard drive and I get the following error message:

Error: OE : 0028 : FF03B779

This error ocurrs afterME searches for hardware and
plug and play devices. And I can't finish the winME installation.
Can Anybody help me to finish this winME installation?

I don't think you're going to be able to finish the installation. The hardware on the Acer Aspire 5672WLMi is just too new to work with Windows ME. The Aspire has a dual core processor and Windows ME does not support dual processors. The Aspire also uses the PCI Express bus, serial ATA, and DDR2 memory.
While the Windows ME installation can run part way with very rudimentary drivers, it does not recognize these new technologies and gives the error messages you see when it tries to recognize and install drivers for these devices.
