I have a question about a mage's guild recommendation in chorrol.
After I gave the book to Earana she tells me to go to Cloud Top to get a new spell. but I need a Welkynd stone. so Where can I get that stone?

Most ruins dungeons have these stones litterred about. I'd look for any Ruin icon on your map you may have discovered and ponder into their dungeon. You can find them on the ground, on platforms or in holders in various places inside.

Notice- these are RUIN dungeons only. Not caves, and not forts. Just dungeons that can be found near ruins.
