boot problem

hey i got a new motherbaord n conected eveytthing.. and the black and white sxcreen that says all the drivers are deted are showing.. and it shows that all the drivers are detectd and it just stays thereé.. shouldnt it boot my windows xp cd and start installingÉ what do i do É how do i start bootin my windows xp cd... and beforr that it says someting about ultra100 bios not detected because drivers are not attached or something.. so can someoen plz help me out.. pleasee.. thank u in advance

If you haven't already, go into your BIOS and make sure you've enabled booting from your CD drive. Change the boot order so the CD drive is first. You can change it again later if you wish.
