Ive been playin css for about a year now and usually play in one server. My usual ping is around 75 and i dont have that much lag but now my ping is 300 at the least. I havent changed my internet and im playin in the same server as i always do. Pls help i wanta get back gaming again.

do a ad-aware and spybot scan to check for spyware.

do a CNTL+ALT+DEL and check what programs are running in your background.

coming from a server guy here, companies like clanservers.com allow you to change location of your server for free. Perhaps the host decided he wanted it somewhere else. Also see if the host diddnt change server specs on you.

adware and spyware chex are good as well.

but still a ping of 75 is very high
