HI!
Is there any way by which i can use screensavers as wallpapers on desktop i.e. not a stationary photo on desktop but a moving screensaver on the desktop with all the icons and shortcuts on it ???

Yes you can, do a Google search. i dont know of anything where you can make your own. But the software probably exsists somewhere. But there are many animated wallpapers you can download where all your icons on the desktop are still present. Keep in mind that downloading these, the program(s) are full of ad-ware, spyware at the such!
