Need Help With Expansion Bay

There's A Metal Piece Blocking My Expansion Bay. Iwant To Install A Dvd Burner. Does Anyone Know How To Take Out This Metal Piece??

The piece is designed to be removed by bending back and forth. It is scored on both ends. Start bending it gently until one end breaks loose and then work on the other end. Be careful of the sharp edges.

By the way, this isn't a device driver question.
