My computer restarts when I was shuting it down

Hi, my computer restarts automatically when I'm shutting it down. Then every time I turn the computer back on, after I log in, a pop up says the system just recovered from a severe error. So I check the details, it says my system stopped unexpectfully becasue of some failure of device driver.
Here is what I got from the Event Viewer:

By the way, I have tried the solution listed in this link already:

but it does not allow me to install the program because I have the Service Pack 2 already. Thank you.
