Juno-transfer saved files.

A friend has been using Juno and has created and saved e-mail messages in Juno.

Now she would like to switch ISP's. Can she transfer or read the "saved" files in another format other than in Juno?

Also, can she import her address book to another e-mail program?

Does Juno use a proprietary e-mail saving format or the RFC-something specification?

Most mail software can handle the standard message format.

Address book is probably more complicated.
