I have just purchased an Xbox game and it repeatedly stops working or says "Error on Disk, the disk may be dirty or damaged." I looked and I saw that nothing is scratched. I put it under hot water and quickly dried it, but it still freezes up. Is there anything that I can do to make it work? Thanks,

Hold it up to a strong light source and see if you can see through any of the data surface, if you can, take it back and get it replaced.
