Hi Akaivan,


We recommend printing out all rebate forms prior to submitting your order. When you have all them printed out, all you need to wait for is your package. With your package in hand, you would go online log in to your Newegg account and print out the invoice (original receipt). Then just read the rest of the instructions on the rebate and mail it out. Usually, you must send the upc code with the submission form and you also need to send it within 15 days of the invoice date.
