Nvidia 6600 Driver problem

Hi
I have a Nvidia 6600 graphic Card.When i open a game called gunbound my computer always crashes with a error.These are the errors i always get:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
BAD_POOL_HEADER
BAD_CALL HEADER

THese are my computer specs:
Windows Xp
1 GB DDR
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.40 GHz

Please I need urgent Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You tried installing the latest drivers for your 6600?

Yea and now i am downloading a beta driver.

Ok here's what i found.WHen i disabled my onboard sound card the problem was solved.But i cant stay without a sound card.
My sound card is AC'97

Hallo i got same problem with the crash and have same graphics card :(
When i disable the the integrated soundboard Realteak AC'97 Audio all is fine and i can play WoW with no soun but Ghotic 3 is impossible :(

Seems it still gives me the error even with the soundboard disabled :((

My System
-Windows XP
-Pentium 4 3.400 dual core
-Graphic card EN6600 Top Silent
-1.50 Gb RAM

I get a blue screen error :(( PLS help :((
