I am new to tweaking a computer, and am wondering what some good programs are to overclock my system. Also, how do you overclock?

Check out this site and see if your hardware is overclockable (if that's even a word)

http://www.overclockers.com/

They can tell you how to overclock your specific hardware and they will also tell you how you could fry your system......Good luck

Overclocking depends on your motherboard. Tell us the exact model of your motherboard please...

Your motherboard would have to be support by the few programs that can actually overclock in Windows.
Most of the time the overclocking is done in the BIOS.
