computer crashes while using web camera

While using my web camera... Creative NX Ultra... my computer crashes...
leaving a BSOD. I am wondering if I need a new driver for the web cam but
I have no idea of which one it would be. The existing driver now is...
1.01.03.0112 which was installed when I installed the web camera 2 yrs ago.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have Windows XP H.E.
and use MSN instant messenger. Thanks.

That is the latest and only driver available. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the camera and drivers and zip up a few minidumps found in C:/Windows/minidump and attatch them to your post and we can see if that driver is the problem.
