Ad 07-18-2006, 06:26 PM riverwind 07-18-2006, 09:08 PM Thanks Wolfram! wolfram 07-19-2006, 03:03 PM Did it work properly? If so, I'm glad for you :) wolfram riverwind 07-19-2006, 04:21 PM yeah, it seemed to work great...didn't have the heating problem that I thought I might have.. but still can't figure out why my computer keeps crashing after 10 or so minutes.. -tried blowing and resetting everything -used extra air circulation -i think RAM is good - i can't seem to figure out what the heatsink looks like though, it doesn't seem to fit any pics i've seen? -i think i'm going to go ahead and swap out the power supply because i know of no way to check it out otherwise dazzer9535 07-19-2006, 04:48 PM You could try to see if the fan is working by having the PC on with the cover off but dont go touching stuff just look. A heatsink fan (http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/Computers/images/fop38.jpg) may look like this. |
