ok ill be playing bf2 or bf sf and a couple minutes into the game my comp will just rebbot on me and close everything?

i send the error report to microsoft and it connects me to a site(ill later post the site) which tells me that there was a problem(duh) and that they have no solution at the time, has anyone had this problem and know had to fix this?
