i am making this site and it's not like a blog where a post/reply already exists.
so i was wondering if any of you know the html script to make a post/reply section, kinda like this forum because i am kinda new to html.

Most of such pages are made with PHP. There are tons of tutorials available for that, one example here (http://www.freewebmasterhelp.com/tutorials/php/6) (got that with 'php post tutorial' in Google).
