Palm, currently PDA's biggest maker, has announced a trade-in program (http://news.com.com/2100-1041_3-1007719.html?tag=fd_top) that they hope will attract current handheld owners to upgrade to their older devices for Palm's own latest offerings.
It does come as a bit of surprise that Palm is accepting pretty much all handheld brands either Palm or PocketPC based, as long as the devices are functional you will receive a $50 rebate on Zire 71, Tungsten T, Tungsten W or Tungsten C devices. You can check PDA prices here (http://techspot.pricegrabber.com/search_attrib.php?page_id=12).
