Hi, I know it s an old game..but I m trying to install the medal of honor allied assault patch for us/uk (15.3 mb) and when I do I get a message that says that there s no game installed in my pc.. Somebody could tell me please what I do wrong?

If i remember right, you need to change a regestry setting so that the patch will install. Dont remember which one really. Try using google, you might find an old page around with that info. Good luck.
